SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping & Handling: Orders are shipped FOB Our Warehouse in Mississauga ON Canada. We can not quote shipping costs in advance. We charge exact shipping cost based on the weight and dimensions of the box(es). Most of our Canadian orders go via Canada Post and Canada Post is also used for our US clients. *Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs are based on both location and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight (sometimes referred to as cube weight), means that the dimensions of the box are taken into account as well as the weight.

Please read these policies prior to ordering. Thank you. Ordering Method: All online orders go through our web site shopping cart. Please place your order on our web site at www.4k9dogcare.com. Payment Terms: All orders are PREPAID. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is processed offline, after the order has been packed and weighed and the invoice generated including S&H and any applicable taxes, on the day the order is shipped out. We also accept payment by Money Order or Cheque. Order totals will be quoted including estimated shipping cost. Money order paid orders will be processed & shipped once payment has been received. Cheque paid orders will be processed & shipped once payment has cleared our bank. NSF cheques will be subject to a $30 NSF fee. Minimum Wholesale order is $150.00. US Orders over $200.00 require a Business ID # for US Customs. In the event a Business is not yet registered a Social Security # will be required in its place. Returns:There are no exchanges or returns. Backorders: We do not backorder. If an item ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will not be charged for it and will have to reorder. Partial quantities will be shipped, but you will only be charged for what is shipped. We will notify you if there will be any unusual delays in shipping your order.
